We are glad to share that we have delivered 4pcs simulators to our new customer from Sudan.They are loader & motor grader 2 in1 simulators and excavator & bulldozer 2 in 1 simulators.
We receive simulators enquiry from the customer and serve them actively.The customer have an operators school established three years ago and are planning to improve it with advanced & high technologies equipment’s to achieve their goals of the training program; They hope to increase safety, reduce fuel costs & and improve the productivity & efficiency with the simulators.
At first,we offered customer single machine simulator price.They discussed the issue internally and would prefer 2 in 1 simulator for MWL and MG or dozer and one for HEX all to be customized for CAT.And customers give us the machine model they are using.
Then we customized software according to their requirements, they are satisfied.However, CAT bulldozer parking brake lever is very different with XCMG which current we use.So our engineers made a function similar lever for them and the lever has the basic training function. Because it is difficult to buy real machine lever in China.Besides, we sent customers some parts with the cargo free of charge.
